Even if you do not make a purchase on our website we may be tracking your visit. We do this in order to identify areas where we can improve our website and enhance your shopping experience.

Miatech does not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share only the information necessary to complete your orders, (e.g. sharing your shipping address with selected shipping company) or when we are required to do so by law.

Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all standard orders. We reserve solely the right to choose the shipping company and shipping method based on your shipping address and order size. If you have any special requirements for shipping, please contacts us and we will be happy to work with you on finding an acceptable shipping option.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the shipping method and tracking number for your shipment.

In the case of international shipping, you are solely responsible for any customs charges related to your order. Additionally you are obliged to support the shipping company in case it needs any assistance with your order clearing customs. Of course we will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have, but unfortunately we will not be able to communicate with the customs service of your country.

Return policy

We will refund the full amount of your order if you decide to cancel before the order is shipped. Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to refund orders that have already shipped.
